Pa Kua Chuan
Return Body Palm
Return Body Palm should first be practiced stationary on the left
side moving in a counterclockwise direction. Once these movements are
learned, you should do the right side or mirror image of the Return Body Palm
going in a clockwise direction. Once you have practiced this stationary
for about 1 month, or as long as it takes to properly execute this palm change,
you then would move on to doing the palm change walking or
continuous.
