Return the purchased DVD's within 30 Days of purchase date

Online Memberships simply let us know you want a refund within 30
days of your online membership activation
If you do so, we hereby agree, in writing, to give you a
full refund of your purchase (less shipping and handling fees), without asking
any questions or posing any conditions. Moreover, we shall do so within no more
than 15 days of having received your returned DVD’s or an email, letter, or
phone call for our online training.
